Role Description:

As our newest team member, you’ll be the Picasso of pixels, the da Vinci of design, bringing our roaring ideas to life in the most paw-some ways imaginable! From whipping up wicked visuals for our clients to sprinkling some magic on our own brand, you’ll be the creative force behind our fuzzy adventures.

We’re not looking for someone with years and years of experience with every complicated software under the sun. We’re just looking for someone with an eye for design and a massive willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

• Get your paws dirty by collaborating with our team to create jaw-dropping designs for our clients’ digital campaigns
• Unleash your inner bear and help shape our brand’s visual identity with your wicked designs
• Keep things fresh by staying on top of the latest design trends and bringing your own quirky flair to the table
• Juggle multiple projects like a pro and always deliver with a big ol’ bear grin on your face

Requirements:

• A passion for design that’s as big as a bear’s appetite for honey
• A knack for communication and teamwork, because we’re all about honey-sweet collaboration
• The ability to multi-task and be adaptable
• A keen eye for detail and a love for crafting designs that make hearts skip a beat
• At Digital Bear we prioritise work-life balance, so we need someone with the ability to stay calm under pressure and be strategic about time management so we can all get home on time!

Non-Essential but Preferred

• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
